These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prompt Stack (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

• You may create an account and use the Service to create, manage, and export prompts.
• You are responsible for any content you upload or create; do not upload content that violates laws or contains personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.

Accounts

We collect a name and email to create your account. Keep your password secure. You may delete your account at any time.

Paid features

Paid subscriptions (if offered) are billed by our payment provider. Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to the payment provider's policies. If you purchase a Team or Enterprise plan, additional terms may apply.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of prompts and content you create. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service (for example, showing prompts in your account or team workspace).

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create, store, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted and effective after posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.
